Distance Sales / Service Agreement

Article 1 – Parties

Seller (Service Provider): Binbirtekne Tourism

Buyer (Consumer): The person identified by the name, surname, address, e-mail and phone information provided during the reservation.

Article 2 – Subject of the Agreement

This agreement concerns the sale of boat tours, boat charters, and maritime services ordered electronically through www.binbirtekne.com, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Article 3 – Service Information

The essential characteristics of the service (type, duration, capacity, route, included services, price, etc.) are specified on the tour detail page and the order summary screen before payment. Listed prices include all taxes.

Article 4 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts related to accommodation, goods transport, car rental, food and beverage supply, and leisure activities to be performed on a specific date or period. However, the Seller may offer cancellation and refund options under its own cancellation policy.

Article 5 – Enforcement

This agreement enters into force upon electronic approval by the Buyer.
